As President of HDReps, I come to the table with 20+ years of experience working with some of the best talent in the business. For 13 years I worked as a talent consultant with Audience Research and Development, and then Talent Dynamics. For the last 10 years I have represented a select group of talent from across the country as a personal service manager with Geller Media Management. I have negotiated with over 150 stations and broadcast companies; selecting and cultivating the best broadcast talent. My work with clients has been incredibly rewarding. Helping people realize their goals and dreams has been the best part of my experience representing television journalists. As we venture into an evolving news medium, having the opportunity to help clients navigate this ever changing landscape will be even more exciting and fulfilling. It will require more from all of us, but the end result will be rich with possibilities. If you are not evolving and moving forward, you will be left behind.
